In fact, Garrett knew IP was the area of law he was interested in pursuing even before enrolling in law school, which led him to attend the #4 ranked intellectual property program in the country at University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. Garrett graduated cum laude from UNH Law and passed the bar in Massachusetts, allowing him to represent federal trademark and copyright matters for clients throughout the United States. Garrett regularly handles IP advising and prosecution matters, having experience doing so for 1000+ clients from a range of professional backgrounds and industries.
Before entering private practice, Garrett has served as a judicial intern for judges at various levels of the court system, including placements with both district and appellate judges, as well as at both federal and state levels.
